The Secret Betting Club Plug

sbc_cover_smallI get a lot of promotional stuff from the Secret Betting Club (SBC) as I am an affiliate and I am doing a quick push now on them. I’ll be honest and say that if anyone signs up then I earn a commission. This is the reverse to how the SBC do things and is why they are such a good source for betting info.

They review tipsters and proof them and can make recommendations on what tipsters to follow and those to avoid. When they recommend a tipster and someone joins that tipster SBC get no commission at all. They charge you a membership fee instead of just £79 for a year and so do not have to push products and can provide impartial advice.

I have done work for the guys at SBC on their website and server and know that they are hardworking and honest, which counts for a lot in the betting field.

I have include below their latest promotions.

Champions League Idea: Roundup

Well that was a great week to end it. Napoli won and although Vela and Griezman did play for Sociedad the rest of the side was pretty much second string.

Napoli to win at home to Arsenal (2.55 max with Bet Victor) WON +1.55

Final figures

8 winners from 13 bets and a +7.12

Champions League Idea Week 6

Well a big winner in week 5 landing the draw

Zenit and Atletico Madrid to draw @ 3.4 with quite a few (Max is 3.5 with Tote and Fred) WON +2.4

So far the results have been very good with 7 winners from 12 bets and a +5.67 point profit. Going in to this last week it is very tough to call. I see 4 bets that come out well on the odds offered but the question is whether to back them or not as the last round can throw up some strange results. Also being in profit by so much I don’t want to throw it all away but the odds look very good.

I am only going with one bet which is

Napoli to win at home to Arsenal (2.55 max with Bet Victor)

The other 2 that would have been included are

Real Sociedad to win at home to Bayer Leverkusen @ 4 with most (NOT INCLUDED THOUGH)

Marseille +1 Asian Handicap at home to Dortmund @ 2.14 with Bet Victor (max 2.2 with PP)  (NOT INCLUDED THOUGH)

but Sociedad and Marseille have nothing to play for. If I can see the Sociedad line up and Griezmann and Vela play then you know they will have a go and with the pressure off it could be a fantastic bet. I can’t predict the lineups though so I have to let it slide.

Race to 3, 5 and 7 corner stats

Recently I have added the stats for Race to 3 corners, race to 5 corners and race to 7 corners for major leagues. I have them for the top division in England, Spain, Germany, Italy, France, Brazil, Argentina and the USA

I realise the boat has already set sail with the USA but I have them anyway and will add the A-League in Australia shortly. I have put them on a preview page but they will replace the main corner page once I have added last seasons stats as well.

No quick fix for Sunderland problems – Poyet (Guest Article)

The Unibet mobile betting news has reported that Sunderland boss Gus Poyet has warned the club’s fans they need to be patient but has assured them they will be happy in the long run.

Poyet took over from Paolo Di Canio in October after the eccentric Italian was sacked for overseeing a poor start to the season. The Black Cats lost four of their first five games to sit bottom of the Premier League.

Poyet watched Sunderland lose 4-0 at Swansea in his first game in charge, a result which left them stranded on one point eight games in.Gus Poyet

The Uruguayan quickly endeared himself to the Sunderland faithful with wins over bitter rivals Newcastle and Manchester City. However, his side continue to struggle away from home.

Poyet is trying to introduce a new way of playing, with an emphasis on retaining possession. He insisted Sunderland’s problems would not disappear overnight.

“We need everyone’s patience because the players are playing a different way,” the former Brighton manager said.

“I want the team to learn to be calmer, to pass the ball better. It is going to take time to get this way of football going but trust me, the fans will like it in the end.”

Sunderland ultimately picked up in August where they left off last term, when they finished just a place above the relegation zone.

Poyet aimed a dig at his predecessors, the likes of Steve Bruce and Martin O’Neill.

“Whatever style has been used here for the last two years has not worked well because the club has just done enough to not be relegated,” he added.

“I know the fans want us to come out flying and score in the first five minutes of the game, but that is not going to happen. We have the players here to pass the ball and retain possession and that is what I am wanting them to do.”
